It has been comfortably furnished by owners who realize the need for first class accommodation. The villa has 5 bedrooms . It sleeps 14 including a sofa bed which is in the master suite and a second sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is fully fitted, including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside

Guests staying in the villa are able to use any of the resorts facilities including the bars and restaurants situated in the luxurious 5 star hotel which is only 5 minutes walk from the villa. The tennis courts and paddle tennis and football pitch. The football facilities at La Cala Resort have been used by a number of top professional club sides from Europe and South America. In recent months the resort has been used by the English U-21 squad, FC Porto (Portugal), Atlante FC (Mexico), Barnsley FC and Peterborough United (England). In the resorts luxurious 5 star hotel there is the Caracala Spa at the heart of which is the Thermal Circuit, which comprises a superb indoor and outdoor hydrotherapy pool inspired by the ancient Roman tradition of sequential Thermal bathing. The Thermal circuit offers a creative and delightful way to totally relax and re-energise for a couple of hours whilst stimulating and nurturing all the senses. There are three championship golf courses on the La Cala Golf Resort. All three offer different challenges to all levels of golfers and demand good course management in addition to a wide variety of shots. The villa itself is about 2 minutes walk from the only David Leadbetter Golf Academy in Spain, which offers lessons and group classes for both beginners and experienced players, with multilingual professionals on hand to improve your game. Situated beside the six hole par 3 ‘executive’ course, the academy has a grass driving range as well as putting, chipping and bunker facilities. The closest town and beach to the villa are in La Cala situated 7km away around 5 minutes car journey.
