It has direct access to the pool area as well. On that same level is the living room – approximately 100 m2, with ten seats corner sofa, 42” plasma TV, Sky & Astra TV and DVD player. For those who would like to visit the house in the winter period there is cozy chimney area, with double seat sofa and table. The dining area can accommodate comfortably 10 people. Both lounge and dining area open to the terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains surrounding the Villa. One more level upstairs is the main bedroom, which has on suite with shower and bath – Jacuzzi, and opens into a large terrace.
