Our Property Management Company acts as an official representative and administrative company on behalf of the home owner. Duties of our property management company includes, visiting the property in the absence of the owners, dealing with all issues such as: maintenance, repairs, holiday rentals advertising, accepting and collecting the rent, responding to holidaymakers booking enquiries and handling all holiday bookings, including meet and greet, cleaning, laundry and maintenance issues. In exchange for the service provided by our property management company to holiday home owners the charges will vary between 10-15% of the gross rent collected each week or month, in addition to the 360.00 € annual (yearly) fee for the administrative management service of the apartments, townhouses or villas. Our costs for repairs and maintenance will appear as an extra charge. Our property managers relations with Tenants on long term bases gives a face to the Home Owners and provides them the necessary marketing and servicing their desire to profit and distance themselves from their tenant constituency.
